After an initial Sparkly Strategy Session, where we create an easy-to-follow action plan, you'll have the option to sign up for the Sparkly Soul Coaching program. This is when the real fun begins!
In our weekly one-on-one catch ups, we'll begin to implement our step-by-step strategy to building a life that you love. We work on one task per week and tackle any issues that have arisen over the week. These sessions are a combo of practical solutions and psychic messages, as well as any healing work that you may need.

Once we've got a good community you'll be able to join the Sparkly Squad. This will be a space where you can connect with fellow neurodiverse peeps and share experiences. I'll also drop weekly tips, challenges and focus topics to keep your momentum going.
